I learning during the interview. Stand to greet the interviewer. Smile establish eye contact, and give a firm handshake. wait to sit down until invited. show genuine interest in what the interviewer is saying. try to learn more about the prospective employer’s needs, and shape your replies and other remarks to show strongly that you can fill them. Describe relevant skills, abilities, and accomplishments, and provide good, solid examples from previous jobs, school, or extracurricular activities. Follow these suggestions:

  • Listen carefully, and be sure to answer the question that was asked.
  • Answer the questions thoroughly but concisely; do not talk too much.
  • Be enthusiastic; demonstrate pride in your skills and abilities.
  • Be aware of your body language. Sit slightly forward, make  frequent eye contact, and avoid fidgeting.
  • Use the interviewer’s name from time to time.

15. Travel Arrangements

Never prepare an itinerary, but today I learned how to do it and what steps should I following:

Flights. Include flight numbers and times as well as the name of the airport and airline.

Hotel. Include the name and address, telephone number, and confirmation number. It may also be helpful to include the type of reserved, hotel amenities, and nearby restaurants.

Rent a car. Include the company name, telephone number, type of car, and confirmation number. Give directions on where the rental office is located.

Meeting or appointments. Include a contact name or number the travel can call if he  or she has questions or is delayed. Include driving directions if needed.

In my business I used Smartphone applications because that allow users to include a video component in their conversation; the video conferences have advantages:

1 Research video conference providers and vendors. Compare prices, accommodations, and technical expertise

2. Savings in travel time and costs, including meals and hotel rooms.

I learned how important it is to log out of applications on smart phones to keep the information safe in the event of theft, When do you have call video close all the windows and save your contacts . Any applications you leave open especially bank statement can be accessed by unwanted parties. Take care when opening e-mail messages because they could contin spyware and infect your computer with a virus. When sending an e-mail message make sure the content is courteous and considerate.

This chapter is important because communication with each of our clients mark the success of our sales online effectively using the “C”: Complete when we give the customer all the information you need. Clear using simple words in each paragraph. Correct check carefully the date, customer name and the purpose of your message. Consisa write short paragraphs and simple to understand. Courteous always show respect cordiality and sincerity. Considerate Customer reading showing a positive message.
